Schedule of Speakers
Dr. Nelson Marquina starts us off on Thursday at 4 pm. He will discuss management of chronic centralized pain. Always an elusive topic, Dr. Marquina will help you navigate the diagnosis and management that is so elusive.
Bright and early on Friday morning, Dr. Keith Mc Cormick will discuss and educate you on the the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management of osteoporosis through the use of therapeutic targets to guide treatment protocol. Probably of of the most misunderstood diseases of our time described clearly and precisely by Dr. Mc Cormick.
Following, Dr. Mc Cormick on Friday afternoon, will be Dr. Scott Munsterman. He will discuss the documentation of evaluation and management of chronic pain patients using non-pharmacological treatments. It is helpful to have a guideline to figure it all out, Dr. Munsterman lays all the cards on the table for you.
The keynote speaker will be Dr. James Demetrious. Dr. Demetrious will discuss differential diagnosis of neuromuscular conditions in a way that you might not have thought of. Not every thing that walks into the office is a "run of the mill" subluxation, Dr. Demetrious will help you wade through the quagmire. As an added perk, NCMIC will offer a 5% discount for the Risk Management portion of their members' malpractice for those who attend Dr. Demetrious' talk.
